Refund policy

RETURN & REFUNDS 

Luxe Atelier hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact our online Customer Service at orders@luxeatelierspa.com to arrange a return. We are happy to offer a refund on all good returned to us within 14 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unbroken seal, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Missing or damaged items must be reported via email within 3 days of delivery.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges for the returned item.  The cost of return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the sender. Luxe Atelier will pay for all return shipping on any damaged products.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). It may take up to 10 days for your financial institution to post your credit.

If you are unsure about what to order, please schedule a Consultation.

When you schedule a Consultation, you and an esthetician will discuss your skin conditions, lifestyle, products you currently use, as well as your skincare goals. You will receive an email with a customized at-home skincare routine tailored to your needs. Each consultation requires the purchase of a $100 gift card which can be used to shop recommended skincare products on our website.
