3. Orders, Payments & Billing
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment, billing, and shipping information.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay .
Orders are not final until payment is received and confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary by shipping address and carrier.
Luxe Atelier is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of purchase.
Gift cards, opened products, and in-spa purchases of injectables or treatments are non-refundable.

6. Appointments & Cancellations
All spa and injectable services require an appointment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less notice—or missed entirely—may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or rescheduling at our discretion.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Skincare treatments and injectables offered at Luxe Atelier are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
You are responsible for disclosing all health conditions, allergies, and medications to your provider before receiving any service.
Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
