ORDERING

You can place your order securely through LuxeAtelierSpa.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  To add items to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to Bag" for the product you wish to purchase. To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click on the "Remove Item" icon or change the quantity to 0 and click "Update Shopping Cart." To change the quantity of items, change the number if in the box under "Qty" and click "Update Shopping Cart."

VIEWING ORDERS

You can view the status of your orders by logging into your account.  Click on "My Account" at the top of the page to view your account information. If you do not have an account, take a moment to create one to experience the convenience of online shopping with Luxe Atelier.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You can update your account information by simply logging into your account and choosing from the menu items on the left side of the page under "My Account."

DELIVERY 

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen, typically 3-4 days for delivery depending on location. For details, please feel free to contact us at orders@luxeatelierspa.com.  At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. or internationally.

 Free shipping applies to all orders over $100.  A flat rate of $8.00 is charged for all orders under $100.

RETURN & REFUNDS

Luxe Atelier hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact our online Customer Service at orders@luxeatelierspa.com to arrange a return. We are happy to offer a refund on all good returned to us within 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unbroken seal, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Missing or damaged items must be reported via email within 3 days of delivery.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges for the returned item.  The cost of return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the sender.  Luxe Atelier will pay for all return shipping on any damaged products.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). It may take up to 10 days for your financial institution to post your credit.

CONSULTATIONS

If you are unsure about what to order, please schedule a Consultation.

When you schedule a Consultation, you and an esthetician will discuss your skin conditions, lifestyle, products you currently use, as well as your skincare goals. You will receive an email with a customized at-home skincare routine tailored to your needs. Each consultation requires the purchase of a $100 gift card which can be used to shop recommended skincare products on our website.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information are always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We do not retain your payment information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept international orders at this time.
