Shipping & Returns

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Due to the nature of skincare and our commitment to product integrity, all skincare purchases are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will make it right.

  • At this time, Luxe Atelier Spa ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future—stay tuned by joining our newsletter for updates.

  •  In-spa purchases are also final sale. We’re happy to provide recommendations or samples prior to purchase to ensure you love your selection.

Facials & Body Treatments

  • Every Luxe Atelier facial begins with a thorough consultation and skin analysis. Your esthetician will curate a personalized treatment based on your skin type, goals, and concerns to ensure optimal results.

  • Yes. Each treatment is fully tailored to your body’s unique needs, whether you’re looking to sculpt, smooth, detoxify, or deeply hydrate.

  • Consistency is key. For optimal skin health, we typically recommend facials every 4–6 weeks and body treatments as needed or seasonally. Your provider will guide you on a cadence that best suits your goals.

  • No. At this time Luxe Atelier does not offer any memberships or treatment packages.

Injectables

  • Our medical team specializes in neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®), dermal fillers (Restylane®, RHA®, Juvederm®) and biostimulators (Sculptra®, Radiesse®, PRFM) designed to smooth, lift, and enhance your natural features.

  • During your consultation, our injectors will assess your anatomy, goals, and aesthetic preferences to recommend the best approach for natural, balanced results.

  • Yes. All injectables are FDA-approved and administered by licensed medical professionals. Our nurse practitioners will ensure safety and compatibility after a health screening. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

  • Results vary depending on the treatment type and area. Neuromodulators typically last 3 to 6+ months, fillers 12 to 24+ months, and biostimulators 12 to 24+ months. Our providers will outline what to expect during your appointment. Duration varies and depends on individual and product amount.

How to Prepare

  • Arrive with clean skin and avoid exfoliating, waxing, or using active ingredients (like retinol or acids) for 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil for 24 hours before your appointment to minimize the risk of bruising. Always consult with your provider if you’re unsure about medications or supplements.

  • Your first visit begins with an in-depth consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, review your skincare routine, and design a plan tailored just for you.

  • We recommend avoiding makeup after certain treatment, you're provider will discuss this with you post treatment. If you have any questions when you get home, always give us a call!

  • We operate by appointment only to ensure each guest receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve. There are times, one of our providers may be able to accommodate a same day appointment, please call our spa to inquire.

  • We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend or evening appointments. Our most popular providers tend to book out quickly.

  • Yes. Virtual consultations are available for skincare and treatment planning. They’re a great way to get personalized guidance from our team before visiting in person.
