You can place your order securely through 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  To add items to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to Bag" for the product you wish to purchase. To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click on the "Remove Item" icon or change the quantity to 0 and click "Update Shopping Cart." To change the quantity of items, change the number if in the box under "Qty" and click "Update Shopping Cart."

You can view the status of your orders by logging into your account.  Click on "My Account" at the top of the page to view your account information. If you do not have an account, take a moment to create one to experience the convenience of online shopping with Luxe Atelier.

You can update your account information by simply logging into your account and choosing from the menu items on the left side of the page under "My Account."

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen, typically 3-4 days for delivery depending on location. Free shipping applies to all orders over $100. A flat rate of $8.00 is charged for all orders under $100.

Luxe Atelier hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact our online Customer Service at to arrange a return. We are happy to offer a refund on all good returned to us within 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unbroken seal, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Missing or damaged items must be reported via email within 3 days of delivery.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges for the returned item. The cost of return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the sender. Luxe Atelier will pay for all return shipping on any damaged products.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). It may take up to 10 days for your financial institution to post your credit.

When you schedule a Consultation, you and an esthetician will discuss your skin conditions, lifestyle, products you currently use, as well as your skincare goals. You will receive an email with a customized at-home skincare routine tailored to your needs. Each consultation requires the purchase of a $100 gift card which can be used to shop recommended skincare products on our website.


Cancellation Policy: Luxe Atelier adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice and no show's are subject to a cancellation fee of the full cost of your scheduled service.

Late Policy: If you are running late, please know this will affect the course of your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full treatment cost.

Treatment Results: Results are not guaranteed and may differ from client to client depending on individual factors and characteristics. The rave results and reviews you may have read about are opinions of individuals based on their own experiences, and are not necessarily indicative of what you may experience. The treatments, services, and facilities provided or received at Luxe Atelier are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any conditions, medical or otherwise, that clients may have. Nothing on this site or in person should be construed as providing medical, dermatological, or other such advice, and you are encouraged to consult with your doctor before engaging in any services or should you otherwise have any concerns.

Arrival & Phone Etiquette: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to get comfortable. We ask that your cell phone be silenced during your time in our spa to provide a relaxing atmosphere for our clients.

Jewelry & Valuables: Luxe Atelier is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as most services are best performed without jewelry interfering.

Photo Release: Luxe Atelier has my permission to use my photograph publicly to promote the spa. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, presentations, websites and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Payment: We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards. Gratuity will not be included in your service but can be added upon checkout.

SPA REFUND POLICY: Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all product sales are FINAL. Gift card sales are FINAL. Services which have been used will not be refunded.
