Rachel Duncan, MSN, FNP-C
With over 14 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and surgery, Rachel is renowned for her personalized approach to achieving natural, undetectable results. Specializing in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators, she is passionate about full-face rejuvenation, particularly blending cheek contouring with fillers and Sculptra for a subtle lift and radiant glow.
Rachel’s expertise is backed by advanced training with industry leaders like Galderma, Allergan, Revance, and Merz. As a Galderma trainer, she educates injectors along the West Coast and has mentored novice providers through InjectionU. Formerly Clinical Director at Skin by Lovely, she helped shape one of the nation’s top injectable practices while mentoring and treating patients with care and precision.

Sam Stirek BSN, RN
Sam, a Lake Oswego native, has over six years of nursing experience, including four in aesthetics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Health Sciences with a psychology minor from Oregon State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from OHSU in 2017.
Specializing in facial balancing, Sam is highly skilled in neuromodulators, biostimulators (Sculptra & PRF), and dermal fillers. During her four years at Skin by Lovely, she excelled as a senior injection specialist, clinical lead, and trainer for Injection-U. She remains at the forefront of the industry through ongoing training and education.
Sam is passionate about creating personalized, safe, and effective treatment plans, to achieve natural results. Her love for aesthetics stems from its perfect blend of art, science, and human connection.

Katia Ruiz MS, FNP-C
Katia, a Seattle native, is a nurse practitioner with a passion for aesthetic medicine and a commitment to exceptional care. She began her nursing career in 2014 and transitioned to aesthetics in 2018 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University.
Katia’s early work in the Intensive Care Unit sharpened her critical thinking and deepened her dedication to patient care, ultimately inspiring her shift to aesthetics. As an injection specialist at Skin by Lovely, she excelled as Clinical Manager and Lead at the Camas location.
A lifelong learner, Katia stays at the forefront of aesthetic medicine through advanced training, with a special focus on regenerative treatments like Sculptra and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF). Her holistic approach emphasizes full facial assessment and natural, harmonious enhancements tailored to each client.

Thai Lee, MSN, FNP-C
Thai is a proud Portland native with over 14 years of medical experience, including 4 years devoted to aesthetic medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Denver School of Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing in Family Practice from Frontier Nursing University, where she graduated with honors.
With a strong foundation in women’s health and labor & delivery, Thai developed a deep passion for supporting individuals during life’s most transformative moments. That same passion now fuels her work in aesthetics—helping clients feel confident, empowered, and connected to the best version of themselves.
For the past 4.5 years, Thai was part of the Skin by Lovely – Portland team, where she served as Clinical Lead. There, she was known for delivering thoughtful, personalized care and achieving consistently high patient satisfaction. She remains dedicated to providing safe, modern, and evidence-based treatments, always prioritizing a collaborative approach. Thai works closely with each patient to design customized plans that lead to natural results that feel authentic, refreshed, and uniquely you.
