General Information

L’Atelier Privé is an exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our most cherished Luxe Atelier clients — like you.

As a member, you’ll earn Privé Points with every product purchase made in-spa or at LuxeAtelierSpa.com, along with access to curated benefits and so much more. Our rewards are always evolving, so be sure to check back for the latest offerings.

You can create your account at LuxeAtelierSpa.com. Once registered, you’ll automatically be enrolled in L’Atelier Privé and receive your welcome bonus of 200 Privé Points.

Earning Privé Points

You’ll receive 200 Privé Points for simply creating your account — our gift to you for joining. From there, you’ll earn 1 Privé Point for every $1 spent. Points are credited to your L’Atelier Privé account within 30 days of your purchase date. To view your accumulated points, please ensure you are logged in to your account at LuxeAtelierSpa.com.

So many of our beloved clients have been with us since the very beginning and we want to honor that loyalty from day one. We will be using your full 2025 purchase history to place you into your L’Atelier Privé tier — you’ll be recognized at the level you’ve already earned. From there, all 2026 purchases will count toward your Privé Points accumulation.

Privé Points are awarded exclusively for purchases made in-spa at Luxe Atelier Spa or directly through LuxeAtelierSpa.com. To ensure every dollar is rewarded, we recommend shopping with us directly.

Privé Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying purchase. Each new qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration of all unused points for an additional 12 months. If no qualifying purchase activity occurs within a 12-month period, any remaining points will expire.

Your Privé Points balance will be adjusted to reflect any points earned on the returned item, including any bonus points. If a product is returned within 30 days, any pending points associated with that purchase will be cancelled and removed from your account. For exchanges of equal value, your points balance will remain unchanged. Please note that in some cases, a return may result in a negative points balance.

Redeeming Privé Points

Once you have accumulated enough Privé Points, you can redeem them directly through your L’Atelier Privé account at LuxeAtelierSpa.com. Simply log in, visit your rewards dashboard, and apply your points at checkout.

Yes. Points are redeemable in set increments — please visit your account dashboard for current redemption thresholds and available reward values.

Privé Points are redeemable toward product purchases made only online at LuxeAtelierSpa.com. Privé Points earned from product purchases made in spa will be transferred to your dashboard every 30 days. They are not applicable toward service bookings at this time.

Privé Points cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards. However, purchases made using a gift card do qualify for points based on the amount spent.

Our three tiers are based on your annual spend across in-spa and LuxeAtelierSpa.com product purchases. One dollar spent equals 1 Privé Point.

Classique — 1,000 to 4,000
Prestige — 4,001 to 8,000
Couture — 8,001 and above

Yes. The moment your spending qualifies you for a new tier, your benefits are upgraded within 30 days on your online dashboard. You won’t have to wait until the end of the year to enjoy your elevated status.

Yes, to maintain your L’Atelier Privé tier status the required spend threshold must be met by the end of each calendar year. We’ll do our best to keep you informed so there are no surprises.

Yes. Your full points activity — including purchases, redemptions, and any bonus points — is available in your account dashboard at LuxeAtelierSpa.com.

Points may take up to 30 days to appear in your account following a qualifying purchase. If your points have not been posted after 30 days, please contact our team at concierge@luxeatelierspa.com and we will be happy to assist.

Gifting, Referrals & Privacy

Yes. If you have more than one Luxe Atelier account, simply email your account credentials to concierge@luxeatelierspa.com and let us know which account you’d like to keep. Our team will take care of the rest.

Privé Points are non-transferable and are linked exclusively to your L’Atelier Privé account. They may not be gifted, sold, or transferred to another member.
